Q: Do You clean all year?
A: Yes, your dog doesn’t stop doing their business and neither do we!
Q: How often will you come and clean our yard?
A: We recommend weekly or twice weekly. However, we also offer one-time cleanings (for special events or parties) and every other week cleanings. Learn more about our services and pricing.
Q: Do I need to unlock my gate?
A: Yes, your gate must be unlocked on your service day.
Q: Can you clean if our dogs are out in the yard?
A: Yes, as long as they are friendly and will allow strangers in your yard! Our technician will not enter your property if it seems unsafe for them to do so.
Q: Do you take the dog poop with you?
A: Yes, we bag the waste and dispose of it properly.
Q: What happens if there is bad weather?
A: When severe weather conditions arise, we will either call or text you to let you know about the delay. We will work to reschedule your service later that same week.
Q: Are there any contracts to sign?
A: No, you can stop service at any time. We do ask that you give us 24 hours advance notice. Learn more about our service options.
Q: Does your service come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee?
A: Yes, if you are ever unsatisfied with your service, please call and let us know. We will come back and clean your yard for free. Read more about why to choose our services.
Q: How does your billing work?
A: For customers on a maintenance plan, you will be charged a first time cleaning fee, and after that we will bill you at the end of each month.
Q: Are You Licensed and insured?
A: Yes, we have a business license as well as liability insurance!
